The holiday  nowruz  (nowruz), there  are already  several thousand years  as a celebration  of spring and renewal  of nature.  this  new year  on the ancient  oriental calendar, it coincides  with  the vernal equinox.  in  nowruz  traditionally  organizedmassive popular  celebrations,  many families  are preparing  a traditional  dish called "nowruz-skin", consisting of seven  specific components.  in the old days  of  the daywas taken  provedyvat  relatives and friends,  share news,  start a new  joint  business.the tradition was  connected with the fact  that  during the winter months  have been hampered  communication between the  settlements.
