The Russians are brave people. During the Second World War Russian people demonstrated their bravery: they saved the lives of civilians, helped them to escape and liberated the occupied territories.
The Russians enjoy social life. They participate in different meetings and clubs, eagerly take part in assemblies and committees.
The Russians are really patriotic people. They admire their country and are ready to give their lives for their country.
The Russians are very hospitable and open people. There is an old tradition of meeting guests with bread and salt.
The Russians are friendly to foreigners and very sympathetic. They help people who need it even if they don’t know them. They are not reserved and show their feelings freely.
Foreign people think that the Russians don’t like to work hard. But the fact is we are not like this. The Russians work five days a week and study 6 days a week, they rarely go on vacation. I believe that Russian people are more hardworking than some other nations.
The Russians have a good sense of humor, but it really differs from the sense of humor of other nations. The Russians call it “a black humor".

Русские - храбрые люди. Во время Второй мировой войны русские люди демонстрировали свою храбрость: они спасали жизни мирных жителей, помогали им бежать и освобождать оккупированные территории.
Русские пользуются общественной жизнью. Они участвуют в различных встречах и клубах, охотно принимают участие в собраниях и комитетах.
Русские - действительно патриотические люди. Они восхищаются своей страной и готовы отдать свою жизнь за свою страну.
Русские очень гостеприимные и открытые люди. Существует старая традиция встречи с хлебом и солью.
Русские дружат с иностранцами и очень открытые. Они помогают людям, которые в ней нуждаются, даже если они не знают их. Они не замкнуты и свободно выражают свои чувства.
Иностранцы думают, что русские не любят много работать. Но факт в том, что мы не такие. Русские работают пять дней в неделю и учатся 6 дней в неделю, они редко ходят в отпуск. Я считаю, что русский народ более трудолюбив, чем другие страны.
У русских хорошее чувство юмора, но он действительно отличается от чувства юмора других народов. Русские называют это «черным юмором».
