Yesterday was an absolutely terrible day! Everything that could have gone wrong actually went wrong.
It all started in the morning. I didn't hear my alarm clock, and as a result, l overslept. When I finally got up, I looked at the clock and understood that I wouldn't have enough time to have breakfast. While I __ __(was running/ran/was being run/have running) downstairs to the

couldn't wait for it to be finished. So, I
grabbed an apple from the table and rushed to school.

When the teacher asked everyone to hand their projects in, I had to apologise and
give my unfinished homework. The results are not readyyet, but I think my project will be marked as unsatisfactory.

completed and I looked in the mirror, I went numb. My hair was not the colour l wanted! I asked for the blonde one, but instead, it was almost red! However, I calmed down
and decided to try to

Finally, I returned home at 9 pm. I was
exhausted and disappointed. My parents listened to the story about my day and suggested that I go to bed early and simply relax. That's what I did.
Todayl feel a lot better! The day has started well enough. It's only 7 am in the morning now, but I'm looking forward to the things the new day has for me. Anyway, it can't be worse than yesterday!
