It goes without saying that sport plays an important role in people's life. it is popular with the old and the young. many people do morning exercises, go jogging and go to the gym. personally i prefer individual sports, athletics, for instance. people say that it is "the queen of all sports". it comprises such kinds of sports as running, jumping (long and high jumps) and others. sport helps me to become strong, to develop physically and it also makes me more organized.
