  millions of people all over the world are fond of sports and games. sport is very important in our life. there are many proverbs about sports and health. for example: « health is above wealth » and « a healthy mind in a healthy body ». sport is popular with children and grown-ups because it helps us to keep fit, look slim, be cheerful, active and disciplined. it makes our body flexible and increases blood circulation.    there is a great number of sports facilities in moscow ( stadiums, swimming pools, skating rinks, tennis courts). every school has a gym or a sports ground. we play indoor and outdoor games there. pupils often hold competitions and win a victory over another school team. we have excellent basketball and football teams in our school. we also run a race and show excellent results.    as for me, sport is an important part of my life. in summer i enjoy playing badminton, football and volleyball. in winter i like skating and skiing. frankly speaking, i*m not keen on sport struggle. i prefer playing basketball to watching.    my favourite sport is an acrobatic. i do acrobatic for 4 years. this sport is for active people because you must jump various jumps. you must be strong, too because acrobats are usually training in pairs and groups. sometimes i have competitions. these are among the most important days in my life. i train for three or four hours three times a week. when i come to my training, i warm up firstly. if i stretch when my muscules are cold, i might do myself an injury. then i begin working in pair. since i began doing acrobatic i achive my aims. i can do many difficult jumps, different tricks and i became strong. the more i train the better i become. practice makes me perfect.    in a word, sport gives me a lot of joy and pleasure. it makes me more sporty and cheerful.

перевод миллионы людей во всем мире любят спорт и игры. спорт важен в нашей жизни. есть много пословиц о спорте и здоровье. например: «здоровье превыше богатства» и «здоровый дух в здоровом теле». спорт пользуется популярностью среди детей и взрослых, потому что нам поддерживать себя в форме, посмотрите тонкий, быть веселым, активным и дисциплинированным. это делает наше тело гибким и усиливает кровообращение.  существует большое количество спортивных сооружений в москве (стадионы, плавательные бассейны, катки, теннисные корты). в каждой школе есть тренажерный зал или спортивную площадку. мы играем в закрытый и открытый игры там. ученики часто проводят соревнования и одержать победу над другой школьной команды. у нас прекрасные баскетбольные и футбольные команды в нашей школе. мы также проводим гонки и показывать отличные результаты.  что касается меня, спорт является важной частью моей жизни. летом я люблю играть в бадминтон, футбол и волейбол. зимой я люблю катание на коньках и лыжах. честно говоря, я * м не заинтересованы в спорте борьба. я предпочитаю играть в баскетбол, чтобы наблюдать.  мой любимый вид спорта акробатический. я акробатические на 4 года. этот вид спорта для активных людей, потому что вы должны прыгать различных прыжков. вы должны быть сильными, потому что слишком акробаты, как правило, обучение в парах и группах. иногда у меня соревнования. это одни из самых важных дней в моей жизни. я тренируюсь по три-четыре часа три раза в неделю. когда я приезжаю в мое обучение, я разогреться во-первых. если бы я растянуть, когда мой мышц холодно, я мог бы сделать себе травмы. потом я начинаю работать в паре. так как я начал делать акробатические я достичь своей цели. я могу сделать много трудных прыжков, разные трюки и я стала сильной. чем больше я тренируюсь лучше я становлюсь. практика делает меня совершенно.  одним словом, спорт дает мне много радости и удовольствия. это делает меня более спортивным и веселым.
