For me, being a global citizen means thinking globally and not only about yourself. You realize that we're all connected to one another. Also you know that we depend on each other. When you do something you take other into account. It means protecting the environment, uplifting the vulnerable, advocating for equality etc. Global citizens see themselves as part of an emerging world community, and help to create this community well and prosperous for everyone to be happy live in.
