Goodall Jane is best known for her more than 45 years of research into the social life and intelligence of chimpanzees at Gombe Stream National Park in Tanzania and as the founder of the International Jane Goodall Institute. Member of the Board of the Inhuman Rights Protection Project since its inception in 1996. In April 2002, she was named Ambassador for Peace. Dr. Goodall is also an honorary member of the World Future Council.
