Rewrite the dialogue in reported speech​

на новый год в белорусии принято наряжаться в причудливые костюмы(ряженые), разрисовывать себе лица гримом и отправляться в центр города(села,деревни) погулять. а дети ждут утра, чтобы найти под елкой или в специальных носочках, висящих на камине или просто на стене подарков от зюзи поозерского(т.е. деда мороза).его резиденция находиться в беловежской пуще. люди стараются задобрить его кутьей или другими угощениями, поют ему песни. современная молодежь отмечает новый год по европейски.

i am writing to complain about the matter and the problem happened to me those last weeks.

firstly, i am very disappointed about the whole hotel service and that i had to pay money everywhere! i guess i have already paid the exhibitions and had to re-pay though i dont have an idea why.

secondly, the whole holiday thing was awful because of the beach. it was very dirty and just disgusting. your company lied me about it being "perfectly clean".

all in all, i am very disappointed bacause of my holidays ruined. i am looking forward for your answer so that we can work out the matter of money and so on.

firstly, i would like to tell you about my family. i live in a cosy flat with my mum and dad. they're *профессии*. i'm a pupil now. usually we're very busy, but in evenings we often spend time together.

we are like-minded persons, so i love books, films, etc like my parants love. we often visit cinemas and watch films at home, but much more we like to read. together or alone, it depends on a day. we like different kinds of books. i like fantastic stories, my mum love romantic and my dad prefers detectives. 

what kinds of books does your families like? what do you do on your weekends with your family? tell me everything ; )

now i should help my mum.
