The Rooster (петух) and the Fox

One day, as the sun was setting, and old rooster flew up into a tree to sleep. Suddenly, a fox came up to the tree.

"Have you heard the wonderful news?" the fox asked very happily.

"What news?" asked the rooster.

"All animals have decided to forget A_ all their differences and live peacefully and happily B_ eating each other. Come down, my friend, I want to hug you!"

"Great!" said the rooster, looking at the road that led to the tree.

"What are you looking at? the fox asked.

"Oh, I C_ some dogs running down the road towards us. They probably heard the good news and coming to..."

The fox did not wait to D_ more, he started to run. "Where are you going?" The rooster shouted after him, "The dogs are your friends now!"

"Yes," answered the fox, "But they might not have heard the news".
