twice happy is the man who has a hobby, for he has two worlds to live in

the proveb says: all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. all people should work in order to make their living, but they also need some rest. all jobs have one common feature: people are doing the same things for a long period of time and sooner or later they get tired of their work. the routine of everyday life bores people, no matter what king of work they do and what king of activity they get in. in this situation, i think, any hobby is a wonderfull solution to make the life more colourfull. any activity that is undertaken for pleasure can be called hobby. for some people it’s reading, listening to the music, taking care of animals or driving a bicycle. hobby brings happines and enjoyment into our life, hepls us to relax and forget about problems. hobby allowes creativity in our actions and we feel great enjoyment from doing what we like to do. hobby allows us to express our feelings and dreams, to cheer up when feeling blue, to relax and to feel really happy.

my recent winter holidays were a lot of fun. i tried to visit as many places as i could and to do a lot of different things. even though the weather wasn't very nice, it didn't make me feel sad. i went to the mall and to the skating-rink with my family and friends. it's always interesting to learn something new, so i also visited the movies and watched some great films. and then, of course, there were new year and christmas, which are both my favourite holidays. we had a gorgeous christmas-tree decorated with toys and christmas lights. on the first day of new year i got many presents from my family and relatives. after all, it was just great to take some time off from school and to sleep till noon. i really enjoyed my winter holidays.

the spring is already coming, it means the summer will be soon. this summer i plan running in the mornings, but sometimes it is impossible to wake up early, that is why i have to run in the evenings. maybe i will go to a gym, because i really support healthy lifestyle, i eat fruits and vegetables, also  dairy produce. i think that makes people healthy and beautiful. and you, mary? are you going to go to a gym? maybe are you going to join sport classes? are you going to eat correctly?
