I forgot to phone Sam yesterday. I MUST phone him today.

had to используется в времени, а так как у нас указано настоящее [today], то тут подходит только must.

  i wake up at 7 o'clock. in the morning i eat cereal and drink tea with milk.  after that i clean my  teeth  and wash my face.  then i dress up. i go to school at 7: 30. i come home at 2 o'clock. then i go to  additional    classes. i eat dinner at 7: 45. i go to bed at 11 o'clock.
