Present perfect or past simple



1. he (already / to buy) everything necessary for the party.

2. i (to know) the poem long ago. but i can't remember it now.

3. my sister (to read) this book three or four times. she likes it very much.

4. she (to travel) to many countries since she get) this new job.

5. they (to be) our neighbours for five years from 1999 till 2004.

просто нужно написать то же самое, заменив could на able.

1) he will be able to go to university next year.

2) i was able to play football when i was fifteen.

Soon the summer holidays will come! i won't have  to get up early in the morning and run to school. i will be able to stay in the bed till midday. if the weather will be fine my friends and i will go for a walk every day. it will be fun! then i will spend a month in the country where my grandfather and grandmother live. it will be great. i will drink milk and eat a lot of tasty food which my granny will prepare for me. i have many friends in this village because i go there every holidays. we will play football and tennis every day! there is a small river near the forest and we will swim when the weather will be fine.
