i am writing to complain about the matter and the problem happened to me those last weeks.

firstly, i am very disappointed about the whole hotel service and that i had to pay money everywhere! i guess i have already paid the exhibitions and had to re-pay though i dont have an idea why.

secondly, the whole holiday thing was awful because of the beach. it was very dirty and just disgusting. your company lied me about it being "perfectly clean".

all in all, i am very disappointed bacause of my holidays ruined. i am looking forward for your answer so that we can work out the matter of money and so on.
