You are what you eat. but can we eat properly? we can meet different caf? s and restaurants in the each corner of the streets. so, fast food is very popular not only with adult people but in most of the cases with children. but how does this food influence the health? why do people prefer fast food? firstly, it is a good chance to have a snack when you do not have enough time. this food is cooked very fast and you don`t need to wait for a long time being hungry. secondly, fast food is not expensive and you can buy it almost everywhere. if you want to eat you don`t have to pay a lot of money for it. thirdly, fast food is tasty and nourishing. but some people don`t eat fast food. they think that it is very unhealthy and it is harmful for their health. this food consists of cholesterol, and because of it, people, who like fast food and eat it very often, suffer from the obesity and they are inclined to the heart disease, gastric disease and some other problems. we should understand that food is an important part of our life. we should choose healthy food which is not harmful for us. i am against of fast food but sometimes i can allow to have a snack when i am terribly hungry and i do not have enough time to eat properly. food must be useful but fast food destroy our health, but we know that "health is the greatest wealth".

the british press. the british press consists of several kinds of newspapers. the national papers are the ones sold all over the country, with a large circulation, giving general news. there are two main types of national paper - the "popular" papers and the "quality" papers. the popular papers are smaller in size (they are tabloid size), with lots of pictures, big headlines and short articles. they are easy to read and often contain little real information. they give much space to opinions. they usually have "human interest" stories - stories about ordinary people and events. examples of this type of newspapers are "the daily mail". "the sun", etc. "quality" papers appeal to the more serious reader, who wants to read about politics and foreign affairs. these papers such as "the daily telegraph", "the guardian" are bigger in size (they are called "broad-sheets"), with longer articles and a wider coverage of events. they have different pages for home news, foreign affairs, features articles, fashion, business, sport and so on. people in britain buy more papers on sunday than on weekdays. the sunday papers have a higher circulation than the dailies. as with the dailies, there are both popular and quality sunday newspapers. the quality ones have different sections and a colour magazine (usually full of advertisements)
