Iam lying on bed или i'm laying on bed как правильно и почему ?

Правилтно i am lying потому, что инфинитив: to lie, а в подобном случае происходит замена, обычно у меняется на i, a тут наоборот. здесь надо просто запомнить, в много всего дурацкого, которое надо просто запомнить
