Belarus was born in the days of the ussr . [1] bright representative of the belarusian- soviet school of boxing is vyacheslav yanovsky - olympic champion in seoul ( 1988 ) . with the collapse of the soviet union two more boxers managed to go to the olympic podium . victor zuev and magomed aripgadzhiev won silver medals in athens . [2] athletes sovereign belarus with varying success performing at world and european championships in the treasury of the country bringing medals in various denominations . in professional boxing sergei liakhovich in 2006 won the title of world champion by the wbo cruiserweight title . [3] yuri romanov [4] sergey gulyakevich [5] sergey riabchenko [6] - champions of europe among professionals.

there are many reasons why  everyone   should learn a foreign language.

firstly, learning a language of another country helps one understand its culture.    language becomes a peephole to look at the nation’s culture, its traditions and its history. italian film director federico fellini says, "a different language is a different vision of life". 

research has shown that having studied a foreign language one can understand one’s own language better. it deepens the understanding of one’s own culture. general language skills improve after studying foreign languages.
