I have to say that was the worst holiday I have ever been on. I’ve never considered myself to be a 0 know-all, but as I had lived in England for a few years, I thought I knew enough! I wanted a holiday that was a bit 1 . I have 2 for flowers and the islands are famous for theirs. In fact, the Scillies are heaven for anyone who studied 3 . The people are supposed to be
4 and eager to help. I knew that I wasn’t going to get 5there, but I did expect it to be quite warm in the summer. I was 6. It rained every single day of the fortnight I was there. I also found that although the local people were friendly, they were so 7. I was lucky if I saw more than three in one day. I’ve never felt so lonely! I wanted to
8 in the beautiful gardens but in fact I spent nearly every day in my hostel hooked up to my computer. The Scilly Islands are very remote and maybe because of this you need to have some 9 of the region before going there and be 10 in checking the right time to avoid bad weather. However, if you want a cheap holiday and to steer 11, I suggest you go camping somewhere in England.
