At last holidays came! i was very happy!   i didn't have  to get up early in the morning and run to school. i could stay in the bed till midday. but i didn't want to sleep. there were a lot of things to do. the weather was fine so my friends and i went for a walk every day. it was fun! then i spent a few days in the country where my grandfather and grandmother lived. it was great. i drank milk and ate a lot of tasty food which my granny prepared for me. i have many friends in this village because i go there every holidays. we played football and tennis every day! but  holidays were over and i returned to the city again.  i liked my holidays very much.   наконец наступили  каникулы! я был счастлив!   я не должен был вставать рано утром и бежать в школу. я мог   оставаться в постели до полудня. но я не хотел спать. было так много дел. погода была хорошая, так что мои друзья и я ходили гулять каждый день. это было весело! затем я провел несколько дней  в деревне, где   живут  мои дедушка и бабушка  . это было здорово. я пил молоко и ел много вкусной пищи, которую моя бабушка готовила для меня. у меня много друзей в этой деревне, потому что я езжу туда каждые каникулы. мы даже играли в футбол и теннис! но  каникулы закончились, и я вернулся в город снова. мне понравились мои каникулы.

we are for the healthy way of life and what is "health"? it is the lack of illnesses. it means that you enjoy your life, work well and are happy. so, health is the man`s greatest wealth. of course you can inherit some health problems from your parents, but you can always keep your health if you want. very often people are ill because of their laziness and greediness, sometimes unreasonableness. of course medicine can treat successfully people for many illnesses, but it can`t teach them to be healthy. your health is in your hands. now many people think more about their health. they understand that to be healthy is very important, because if you have health you`ll overcome the different difficulties. last week i interviewed my classmates and found out that fast all of them are for the healthy way of life. only two of us smoke, none of us drink alcohol or take drugs. all children go in for sport. we eat fruits and vegetables every day. we don`t eat fat food. my classmates decide to work out the code of the rules of the healthy living guide.

not to overeat to have a correct diet go in for sport give up bad habits sleep seven or eight hours i think all these rules are really a good way to live.

Летние каникулы закончились. зима с ее снегом здесь, и как далеко от сегодняшнего дня до нового года? подумайте о подарках и открытках. подумайте о рождественских елках. это не займёт у вас много времени, если вы   побываете там в своих снах. ветрено и холодно. жизнь скучна, и не весела. и сколько времени займет наш полет от снега к солнцу? ты будешь в порядке. солнце будет светить, там не будет снега или дождя. это не займет много времени, если вы отправитесь туда на самолете. мы не нашли самолет, мы взяли большой воздушный шар. и сколько времени займет наш полет  от земли до луны? идите вместе, идите вместе. не забудьте спеть эту песню, если вы не ходите в одиночку. это никогда не будет занимать у вас слишком много времени.
