наст простое: сущ + глагол в первой форме (с окончанием s если у нас he, she, it)

если предложение отрицательное или вопросительное  используем do (does) not

 

пример: i know.

 

наст длительное:   сущ + вспом глагол + глагол с окончанием ing

 

пример: i am sleeping.
