Before you start arranging organizing (1) the table, check that you have ev-
erything, and it is on the wrong/right (2) position.
First, place a clean dirty (3) tablecloth and make sure that the newspa-
per napkin (4) correctly folded, is placed on the side plate to the left of the
plate position. Then put the butter/ fish (5) knife on the top of the napkin.
Place the main knife and spoon/fork (6) to the right and left of/above (7) the
plate and then a first course knife and fork outside them. Finally, a dessert
soup (8) spoon is placed to the right/to the left (9) of the first course knife.

Don't forget about salt and pepper pots, a vase for flowers, and if it is
morning evening (11), a candle. They are in the middle in the corner (12)
of the table. If the guest orders fish, the main course knife is replaced with a
fish knife and fork before/after (13) you bring the main order.
When the guest finishes the first course, clear the table, take away the
cutlery, dishes, salt and pepper, just leave the wine glass / bowl (14). Then
bring the dessert menu, a clean napkin and the soup dessert (15) spoon and
fork. These are placed on the top of the clean napkin to the right of the plate
position
