We live in a world where people are always in a hurry and don’t have enough time to eat healthy. Eating in a hurry can be harmful for the body. Buying every desired product is also risky. There are lots of products today which are genetically modified. It means that they weren’t grown in their natural environment and conditions. If we want to follow a healthy diet, we should avoid such products.
Every day we eat food and our health is what we eat. A lot of teenagers now eat fast food like MacDonald and KFC. It is why they have stomach aide and a lot of others pains!
Also bad meal cause bad mood and day. Because in our food a lot of vitamins which get to us energy, that we need.
Food is one of the most important thing in our life, so we need to know how to eat right food.
First of all, it need to be not really hard, it is bad for our health.
Secondly, we need to eat in right time and about 4 hours before sleep.
In the end I would like to say that water is also health to us!
