My family think a lot about keeping fit. in summer i and my father play badminton and football. in winter we go skiing. the father is very good at volleyball and football. on weekdays he does yoga if he has free time. my  mom doesn't play badminton. she likes swimming and goes to the swimming pool twice a week. she is very good at skiing, too. i'm good at roller skating and swimming. i play chess but not very often. all the family try to stay outdoors a few hours a day. we do morning exercises almost every day. we eat healthy food. we don't get ill at all. our lifestyle is healthy enough.

My school life is wonderful. there are lots of concerts, performances and sport competitions in our school. my classmates and i often take part in different school events. i have a lot of friends in my class.   our teachers are kind and intelligent and my classmates are smart and friendly. i like my school.
