Whenever the telephone rings late at night, i always expect/wait for bad news

Ну есть тут надо выбрать один из вариантов , то expect , так как на плохие новости можно только рассчитывать или предполагать , но понятия  ждать плохих новостей в языке нет 

Всякий раз, когда телефон звонит поздно ночью, я всегда жду/ждем плохих новостей

это время настоящие , которое происходит постоянно.

когда стоят местоимения she he it ставится указательный глагол does , а когда we i they , то ставится указательный глагол do.чаще всего есть указатели , такие как : usually today every day
